Thank you for reading:

I have a 1948 CJ-2. The horn button was not working, so I removed the 1 1/4 nut and removed the old button and wire. The old wire came up in only a short length (broken off), so I have no idea where it attached, or where it came from out of the steering tube/column. In trying to fish the new wire down the top of the column, the wire becomes stuck after about 1 1/2' of insertion. Can any of you help me understand where the wire is supposed to be routed, specifically, where should it come from out of the column?

Thank you,

Berdo
