Retired, moved to Arizona, bought an old rusty 1950 CJ3A and thought I'd restore it. Should keep me busy for a while, or so the thinking goes. Now I'm looking for lots of helpful information from folks who've already done such a crazy thing. Attached pic shows the source of all the fun to come... I hope!

I lived in Page, AZ back in the late 90's and had a 43 GPW that coulda been a twin for your jeep. Same color and wheels....Gotta love those rust free jeeps out there! :)

BTW it was my first jeep. SInce then I have owned over 20 parts jeeps and exactly five more that actual ran and drove occasionally. Beware what is ahead!lol.

cool jeep! rustolium satin is great stuff for any surface and wont run or fisheye if you apply light coats.
