Passenger Door Won't open

I have a 1997 Jeep TJ and the passenger side door won't open. They are manual locks & they will lock & unlock, but the door won't budge ...any suggestions?

Are you in a cold climate where the weather is in freeze/thaw mode. Precipitation could have frozen the door shut. If thats not the case, you have to determine if the latch is operating. Linkage could have broken. Those are my 2 guesses.
